This notice explains how KEY-CRON handles personal information through www.key-cron.com. It covers website visitors, people who submit a project inquiry, and people who request occasional email updates. Commercial projects may have additional confidentiality and data-handling terms in the applicable NDA, quotation, or contract.

1. Who is responsible

KEY-CRON is the contact responsible for information collected through this website. We operate from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@key-cron.com. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, export-controlled information, or unnecessary confidential data through the public form.

2. Information we collect

We may receive:

• contact details such as your name, business email, phone number, company, and preferred language;
• project information such as application, drawings or reference links, voltage, speed, torque, installation space, volume, timing, test requirements, and your message;
• newsletter subscription email address;
• page, referral, and campaign fields attached to a form submission;
• limited technical and usage information when you allow analytics, including pages viewed, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information.

The website does not intentionally ask for payment-card information or special-category personal data.

3. Why we use it

We use website information to:

• respond to inquiries and evaluate a requested product or manufacturing project;
• communicate about specifications, quotations, samples, tests, delivery, and related support;
• protect the website and forms against abuse;
• send occasional updates when you request them;
• understand and improve website content when you allow optional analytics;
• keep records needed for legitimate business, security, dispute, or legal purposes.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be based on your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in answering business inquiries and operating a secure website.

4. Forms, service providers, and international processing

Project inquiries and newsletter requests are submitted through Formspree. Formspree processes and stores submissions on infrastructure hosted in the United States and delivers notifications to KEY-CRON. See Formspree Security and its linked privacy information.

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process first-party cookie identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, and website activity. Google states that GA4 uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and sessions. See Google Analytics data collection and cookie usage.

Our hosting, email, IT, and professional service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or meet legal and security obligations. Because KEY-CRON and some providers operate in different countries, information may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical measures appropriate to the service and project.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use website inquiry details for third-party advertising.

5. Analytics and local storage

Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Allow analytics. If you select Use essential only, the inquiry form and core website functions remain available.

The site stores your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under keycron_analytics_consent. It also stores a functional theme preference under kc-theme when you switch between light and dark mode. You can reopen the settings below, clear site data in your browser, or block cookies through your browser controls.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform the requested work, maintain business and quality records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of inquiry, whether a project proceeds, contractual record requirements, and applicable law.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression records needed to honor that request. Analytics retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property settings.

7. Security and confidential project data

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information in transit, at rest, and during access. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

For sensitive drawings, CAD data, customer intellectual property, or regulated information, contact us first so that an NDA, approved transfer method, access boundary, and retention expectation can be agreed. A public web form is not a substitute for a controlled project data room.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request information about our handling of your personal data, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may withdraw analytics or newsletter consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to info@key-cron.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for contracts, legal obligations, security, or valid claims. You may also contact the data-protection authority available in your jurisdiction.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business manufacturing website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

10. Changes

We may update this notice when the website, service providers, or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
