From early idea to manufacturable plan

Start a Manufacturing Project

Send drawings, samples, target performance, or an unfinished requirement. KEY-CRON clarifies next steps for gearmotor and coordinated manufacturing projects.

How the first exchange works

A practical path before quotation.

The goal of the first exchange is not to force a quote too early. It is to identify the real technical decision, missing inputs, and manufacturable route.

01

Share what you have

Send drawings, CAD, photos, samples, target speed/torque, quantities, or the problem you are trying to solve.

02

Engineering review

We check application fit, interfaces, DFM risks, test needs, and whether a standard or customized path makes more sense.

03

Scope the supply path

For multi-part projects, we map the parts, processes, partner factory inputs, and quality checkpoints into one working plan.

04

Move to samples or quote

Once the critical inputs are clear, we can support samples, tooling discussion, production planning, or a formal quotation.

Project input checklist

Helpful information to include

Send the information you already know. Missing details are normal; the checklist helps us route the inquiry faster.

For planetary gearmotors

  • Application and motion target
  • Voltage and control architecture
  • Output speed and torque target
  • Available installation envelope
  • Output shaft, connector, wire, or mounting interface
  • Noise, lifetime, and duty-cycle requirements

For custom parts

  • 2D drawing or 3D CAD if available
  • Material, finish, tolerance, and cosmetic needs
  • Expected annual quantity
  • Tooling ownership or sampling requirements
  • Target lead time and launch schedule

For turnkey coordination

  • BOM or part list
  • Critical-to-quality dimensions or tests
  • Assembly, packing, and shipping expectations
  • Compliance or documentation needs
  • Known supplier or production pain points

Where KEY-CRON fits best

Built for Western small teams that need a technical manufacturing bridge.

Flagship gearmotor programs

Our main focus is DC planetary gearmotors, including the 28 mm tailgate strut platform and customized shaft, connector, and validation requirements.

Coordinated manufacturing packages

We can coordinate precision injection molding, tooling, sheet metal, electronics assembly, testing, and logistics through a Pearl River Delta supplier network.

Direct engineering communication

You can discuss DFM, tolerance questions, test conditions, drawings, and approval decisions directly in English with the people moving the project forward.

What happens after you contact us

We first clarify the application, the technical risk, and the manufacturing route. For a gearmotor project, that usually means confirming load, speed, package size, interface, noise, lifetime, and sample expectations. For a broader manufacturing project, we identify which parts need tooling, which processes require external coordination, and which tests or documents should be planned before production.

If the project is not a good fit, we will say so early. If it is workable, the next step is usually a focused engineering discussion, sample review, or quotation scope.

For the fastest response, include drawings, CAD files, photos, reference samples, expected annual quantity, and the decision you need to make next.
