Ratio selection
Choose the ratio from the working point.
Higher reduction generally trades output speed for torque. Start with the load and operating conditions, then confirm that speed, torque, current, and installation space work together for the selected configuration.
Define the load
Share continuous and peak torque, load inertia, duty cycle, and any holding or shock-load requirement.
Set the output target
Specify target output speed, voltage, available installation envelope, and preferred interface if known.
Verify the configuration
Review the proposed ratio, motor, current, and application test conditions before sample or production approval.
Configuration options
Adapt the interfaces around the gearmotor.
A standard planetary range can be the starting point. The surrounding mechanical and electrical interfaces can then be defined for the application.
Gear ratio
Select a published ratio or discuss a custom stage configuration when the working point requires it.
Output shaft
Round, D-shaft, splined, threaded, or application-specific shaft geometry.
Wire & connector
Lead wire, terminal, plug connector, pinout, and harness arrangement options.
Mounting & housing
Mounting pattern, housing material, finish, and mechanical packaging considerations.
Transmission components
Plastic gears, related gearbox parts, and adjacent transmission interfaces where required.
Assembly integration
Coordinate the gearmotor with relevant housings, brackets, electronics, or production assembly work.

A standard range with a coordinated delivery path
This range is a practical starting point when a compact motion system needs a standard all-metal planetary gearmotor rather than a ground-up design. KEY-CRON helps translate the application into a model inquiry, then coordinates the related gearbox, motor, and adjacent manufacturing work when the project requires it.
Typical application references in the product brochure include intelligent robots, precision instruments, medical equipment, automation equipment, electric grippers, pumps, electric doors and windows, and base-station antennas. Application suitability, compliance requirements, and final performance must be reviewed for each project.
Series overview
The table summarizes published typical rated-load reference values for the standard range. Torque values are listed in mN.m; 1,000 mN.m equals 1 N.m.

What to send for a faster selection
Please include the installation envelope, target output speed, continuous and peak torque, voltage, preferred reduction ratio if known, load type, duty cycle, quantity, and target timing. A drawing, sketch, or a photo of the installation is useful.
If the project includes housings, brackets, gears, electronics, or assembly in addition to the gearmotor, identify those parts as well. That lets KEY-CRON assess whether a coordinated supplier path can reduce handoff risk and shorten the quotation cycle.
What happens after an inquiry
We first confirm the application assumptions and shortlist suitable standard configurations. For a standard match, we can move to quotation and sample planning. When standard interfaces or performance do not fit, we can scope the required customization and the associated manufacturing coordination work.
Reference data below is taken from the current AIMOO standard gearbox product brochure and is for preliminary selection only. Values, availability, interfaces, and final performance must be confirmed for the specific model and application.
